KOP Surface Products has appointed Shaun Bradley to lead its operations in the MENA region. In his new role as regional manager of the Middle East and North Africa, Shaun will be responsible for the company’s regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi, from where it oversees all sales and support activities in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Libya, Algeria and Tunisia.
Gordon Cameron, CEO of KOP Surface Products, said the new appointment will further strengthen the company’s capability to deliver quality products and solutions to the customers in the MENA region.
“Over the past year we have been gradually developing our business in the Middle East and our latest investments there plus the recruitment of Shaun reflect our commitment to the region and our growing customer base here,” he said.
During his 28 year career, Shaun has worked for suppliers and operators in upstream oil activity in the UK, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Russia and the UAE. He has worked for multinational oil and gas companies including FMC Technologies and Cameron International.
Whilst looking forward to working with his colleagues in North Africa and the Middle East, Shaun concludes:
“We want to bring KOP Surface Products’ expertise in smart upstream solutions to our clients, so we can help them address the challenges they face. Clients here are pushing for greater productivity and profitability from their operations, which will boost demand for high quality products that deliver a solid return on investment – and we are in the perfect position to meet those expectations.”
Shaun joined KOP Surface Products in October from Cameron International, where he spent the previous two years working in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He started his oil and gas career in sales and operations with wellhead companies in the UK and overseas and has worked on many notable projects around the globe.
